Return & Refund Policy 

At Universal Outlet, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Returned in original packaging (when possible)

Non-Returnable Items

Because some of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please review size charts carefully)
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • No final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly provide a free replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

Important:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Then contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within the required timeframe.


Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Note on Fulfillment

Some items are fulfilled through a trusted third-party partner. Return approvals are handled by our team in coordination with our fulfillment provider.
